标准操作程序的建立与应用在超声乳化白内障手术配合中的效果探析

摘　　要：目的:探析标准操作程序的建立与应用在超声乳化白内障手术配合中的临床运用效果情况。方法:选择庆阳市第二人民医院眼科的76例白内障患者作为研究对象,选取时间为2022年8月至2023年7月,对所选患者皆实施超声乳化白内障手术。按就诊前后顺序,将研究对象分作参照组与标准组,每组各38例。前者实施常规手术操作流程,后者实施手术标准操作程序。对以上两组患者的手术备物齐全率、手术时间、手术并发症以及满意度等情况进行观察与比较。结果:标准组手术备物齐全率(100.00%)高于参照组(78.95%),差异显著(χ^(2)=6.846,P﹤0.05);标准组患者手术时间(17.29±2.98)min明显短于参照组(35.08±3.41)min,(t=24.216,P﹤0.05);标准组患者手术并发症发生率(2.63%)比参照组(21.05%)低(χ^(2)=4.537,P﹤0.05);标准组患者满意度(94.74%)比参照组(76.32)高(χ^(2)=5.208,P﹤0.05)。结论:对超声乳化白内障手术患者实施标准操作程序,效果理想,能确保手术备物的齐全率,缩短手术时间,减少手术并发症,并提高患者满意度,值得在临床上大力推行与应用。Objective:To explore the establishment and application of standard operating procedures in the clinical application of phacoemulsification cataract surgery.Methods:76 cataract patients in the Ophthalmology Department of the Second People’s Hospital of Qingyang City from August 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects.Phacoemulsification cataract surgery was performed on all the selected patients.According to the order before and after treatment,the study objects were divided into the reference group and the standard group,with 38 cases in each group.The former carried out the routine operation procedure,while the latter carried out the standard operation procedure.The rate of surgical readiness,operation time,surgical complications and satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The rate of surgical readiness in the standard group(100.00%)was significantly higher than that in the reference group(78.95%)(χ^(2)=6.846,P<0.05).The operative time of the standard group(17.29±2.98)min was significantly shorter than that of the reference group(35.08±3.41)min,(t=24.216,P<0.05).The incidence of surgical complications in the standard group(2.63%)was lower than that in the reference group(21.05%)(χ^(2)=4.537,P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the standard group(94.74%)was higher than that in the reference group(76.32)(χ^(2)=5.208,P<0.05).Conclusion:Standard operating procedures for patients with phacoemulsification cataract surgery have ideal effects,which can ensure the complete rate of surgical supplies,shorten the operation time,reduce surgical complications,and improve patient satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical implementation and application.
