周围型非小细胞肺癌病人经单孔电视胸腔镜和标准三孔胸腔镜治疗的临床观察分析

摘　　要：目的:探究单孔胸腔镜、标准三孔胸腔镜治疗周围型早期非小细胞肺癌患者临床效果。方法:选取2020年4月至2023年4月期间云南临沧市人民医院临床手术治疗的100例患者作为研究对象,将标准三孔胸腔镜设为对照组,单孔电视胸腔镜设为研究组,对照组、研究组每组50例,分析并发症、疼痛情况、手术指标、恢复效果等情况。结果:研究组患者并发症(0.00%)比对照组并发症(10.00%)更低;研究组术后疼痛情况比对照组疼痛情况较弱。研究组临床手术指标比对照组手术指标更优异;研究组术后恢复效果较对照组恢复时间更短;对比差异显著具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:临床治疗非小细胞肺癌患者,予以单孔电视胸腔镜治疗出血量较少,术后恢复时间短,患者疼痛感较弱,无明显并发症,值得临床推广使用。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of single-aperture thoracoscopy and standard three-aperture thoracoscopy in the treatment of peripheral early non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:A total of 100 patients undergoing clinical surgery in Lincang People's Hospital of Yunnan Province from April 2020 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects.Standard three-hole thoracoscopy was set as the control group,and single-hole videoassisted thoracoscopy was set as the study group,with 50 cases in each group.Complications,pain,surgical indicators and recovery effects were analyzed.Results:The complications in the study group(0.00%)were lower than those in the control group(10.00%).Postoperative pain in the study group was less severe than that in the control group.The clinical surgical indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group.The recovery time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of patients with non-small cell lung cancer,single-hole video-assisted thoracoscopy has less blood loss,shorter postoperative recovery time,less pain and no obvious complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
