摘　　要：脑卒中已成为全球第二大死亡和第三大残疾原因,患者发病后有70%~80%会出现不同程度的偏瘫,严重影响患者的生活质量,给家庭和社会带来重大负担。目前首发脑卒中偏瘫患者主动功能锻炼仍处于较低水平。因此,本研究通过对首发脑卒中偏瘫患者主动功能锻炼的概念、现状、影响因素和干预措施方面进行综述,旨在为医护人员调动首发脑卒中偏瘫患者主动功能锻炼积极性和提高家属对主动功能锻炼的重视程度,进而促进患者肢体功能恢复、改善不良功能结局提供理论依据。Stroke has become the second leading cause of death and the third leading cause of disability globally.After the onset of stroke,70%to 80%of patients experience varying degrees of hemiplegia,severely impacting their quality of life and placing a significant burden on families and society.Currently,the level of active functional exercise among patients with first-onset stroke and hemiplegia remains low.This study reviews the concept,current status,influencing factors,and intervention measures related to active functional exercise in these patients.This study aims to provide a theoretical basis for healthcare professionals to strengthen the motivation of patients with first-onset stroke and hemiplegia to engage in active functional exercise and to increase the importance that family members place on this exercise,ultimately promoting limb function recovery and improving adverse functional outcomes.
