摘　　要：“产业创新跨界赋能”是激发经济社会发展活力的重要方式。新时代做好档案管理和开发利用工作,要有先行思维,先行介入,摸清家底;要有数字思维,提高档案信息化服务水平;要有创新思维,敢于开辟档案工作新领域,主动融入本地区文化建设和经济社会发展;要有网络思维,在知媒、懂媒和用媒上下功夫,实现传统文化的新传承、新表达和新活力;还要有合作思维,以社会需求为导向,乐于同各方合作,“盘活”地方档案资源。"Industrial innovation,cross-border empowerment"is an important way to stimulate the vitality of economic and social development.In the new era,to do well in the management,development and utilization,it is necessary to adopt a proactive mindset,in tervene early,and understand the resources available;to have a digital mindset and improve the level of archive informatization services;To have an innovative mindset,dare to open up new fields of archives work,actively integrate into the cultural construction and economic and social development of the region;to have a networked mindset,work hard on knowing,understanding,and utilizing media,to achieve new inheritance,new expression and new vitality of traditional culture,and also have cooperative mindset,oriented by social needs,be willing to collaborate with all parties,and"Activate"local archives resources.
