摘  要:该文对比分析不同等级、不同陈化年份六堡茶的化学成分,并利用不同陈化年份六堡茶水提物对高脂血症小鼠进行降脂减肥作用研究。结果表明:不同等级六堡茶茶多酚、总黄酮、咖啡碱和茶褐素含量随等级升高呈增加趋势;不同陈化年份六堡茶茶多酚、总黄酮、咖啡碱和游离氨基酸随陈化年份延长呈减少趋势。与模型对照组相比,陈化3、5、10年的六堡茶均能有效减轻高脂血症小鼠体质量,其中陈化10年组体质量减轻最为显著(P<0.05),血清总胆固醇含量、甘油三酯含量、低密度脂蛋白含量、肝脏丙二醛含量、肝体比均显著降低(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白含量、超氧化物歧化酶活力显著提高(P<0.05);陈化3、5、10年六堡茶组小鼠肝脏形态及组织细胞切片显示肝脏病变有一定程度的减轻。高脂血症小鼠降脂减肥效果差异与不同陈化年份六堡茶化学成分的含量相关,相比于陈化3、5年的六堡茶,陈化10年六堡茶在降血脂功效方面具有更良好的作用效果。The chemical composition of Liubao tea of different grades and different aging years was compared,and the lipid-lowering and weight loss effects of the aqueous extracts of Liubao tea aged for different years on hyperlipidemia mice were studied.The results showed that the content of tea polyphenols,total flavonoids,caffeine,and theabrownin increased with the increase in the grade of Liubao tea.The tea polyphenols,total flavonoids,caffeine,and free amino acids of Liubao tea showed a decreasing trend as the aging years increased.Compared with the model control group,the Liubao tea aged for 3,5,10 years reduced the body mass of hyperlipidemia mice,and that aged for 10 years led to the most significant reduction(P<0.05).In addition,Liubao tea lowered the levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride,and low-density lipoprotein in the serum,malondialdehyde level in the liver,and hepatosomatic index(P<0.05),while it elevated the levels of high-density lipoprotein and superoxide dismutase(P<0.05).The Liubao tea aged for 3,5,10 years alleviated the histological changes in the mouse liver.The lipid-lowering and weight loss effects on hyperlipidemia mice were related to the content of chemical components in Liubao tea aged for different years.The Liubao tea aged for 10 years had better lipid-lowering effect than that aged for 3,5 years.
