积极心理学视角下警察院校学生心理健康教育研究

摘　　要：通过问卷调查和访谈,分析学生的心理健康状况,识别社交障碍和心理压力管理不足等问题。研究结果显示,积极心理学显著提升了学生的积极情绪、心理韧性和社会适应能力,通过促进积极情感、构建社会支持网络、增强心理弹性,可以帮助学生有效应对压力。通过创新课程设计和改进师生互动等心理健康教育措施,可以促进学生的积极心理发展。Through questionnaire surveys and interviews,this essay analyzed students mental health state and identified problems such as social barriers and poor psychological stress management.The results verify that positive psychology improves students positive emotions,psychological resilience and social adaptability significantly.Promoting positive emotions,building social support networks and enhancing psychological resilience can help students cope with stress effectively.Through innovating curriculum design,improving teacher-student interaction and other mental health education measures,the positive psychological development of students can be promoted.
