摘　　要：目的:探讨Nd:YAP激光治疗慢性牙周炎的效果。方法:选取2020年12月—2021年12月宁波市海曙区口腔医院牙周科就诊的30例(患牙197颗)慢性牙周炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,其中对照组15例(患牙90颗),试验组15例(患牙107颗)。对照组施行常规牙周炎治疗,试验组则在对照组基础上又实施Nd:YAP激光辅助治疗。以洁治后2周为基线,比较两组洁治后2周和治疗后3、6个月的牙周临床指标,两组治疗后疼痛程度采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)进行评价。结果:洁治后2周,两组牙周探诊深度(PD)、牙龈出血指数(BI)和附着丧失(CAL)程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3和6个月,两组PD、BI和CAL均低于洁治后2周,且试验组BI、CAL优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Nd:YAP激光应用于慢性牙周炎患者治疗中,可使BI、CAL水平显著改善,缓解患者疼痛,获得较为良好的治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effect of Nd:YAP laser on chronic periodontitis.Methods A total of 30 patients(197 teeth)with chronic periodontitis admitted to the Department of Periodontal of Ningbo Haishu District Stomatological Hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into the control group(15 patients with 90 teeth)and the experimental group(15 patients with 107 teeth)by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional periodontal treatment,and the experimental group was treated with Nd:YAP laser assisted therapy.Taking 2 weeks after treatment as baseline,periodontal clinical indexes of 2 weeks after treatment and 3 and 6 months after treatment were compared between the two groups.Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)was used to evaluate the pain degree of the two groups after treatment.Results Two weeks after treatment,there was no significant difference in depth of investigation(PD),gingival bleeding index(BI)and clinical attachment loss(CAL)between the two groups(P>0.05).At 3 and 6 months after treatment,PD,BI and CAL in two groups were significantly decreased compared with 2 weeks after cleaning,and the experimental group BI,CAL was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Nd:YAP laser assisted treatment of chronic periodontitis can obviously increase the levels of BI and CAL,relieve the pain of the patients,and obtain a better therapeutic effect.
