摘  要:目的分析自制教具联合“三段式”教学模式在胸腔闭式引流护理教学中的应用。方法选择2023年6—12月在本院胸外科临床实习护理学生24名为本研究的教学对象。将24名学生随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各12名。对照组采用传统的护理教学方法,主要由带教教师讲解基本原理以及护理的基本流程,然后学生自主练习,带教教师抽查点评。观察组将自制胸腔引流模拟教具应用到护理教学中,同时通过课前、课中、课后3个部分的“三段式”教学模式,全方位提高学生对胸腔闭式引流护理的理解,提高操作水平。经过学习后,让学生深入病房,对患者进行实际护理操作,并进行操作技能评分。采用自制满意度调查问卷,从教学内容、教学方法以及考核方式等方面评价学生对胸腔闭式引流护理教学效果的满意程度。结果观察组学生的操作技能考核评分明显优于对照组学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生的满意度明显优于对照组学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自制教具联合“三段式”教学模式能够激发学生的学习兴趣,加强学生对胸腔闭式引流基本原理、装置和护理要点的掌握,提高学生的护理操作技能。值得在护理教学中推广应用。Objective To analyze the application of self-made teaching aids combined with the"three-stages"teaching mode in teaching of closed chest drainage nursing.Methods A total of 24 clinical nursing interns who participating clinical practice in the thoracic surgery department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical University from June 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the teaching subjects for this study.All of the students were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 12 cases in each group.The control group adopted traditional nursing teaching methods,the teacher explained the basic principles and nursing processes,then the students practiced independently,and the teacher conducted spot checks and comments.The self-made teaching aids were applied in nursing teaching in the observation group.At the same time,through three stages of pre-class,in class,and post class,comprehensively improved students'understanding of closed thoracic drainage and operational skills.Then the students went deep into the ward to perform practical nursing operations on patients and scored their operational skills.A self-made satisfaction survey questionnaire was use to evaluate the satisfaction level of students with the teaching effectiveness of closed thoracic drainage tube nursing from the aspects of teaching content,teaching methods,and assessment methods.Results The results of the rank sum test showed that the operational skills assessment scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the students in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group students,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Self-made teaching aids combined with the"three-stages"teaching mode can stimulate students'interest in learning,strengthen their grasp of the basic principles,devices,and nursing points of closed chest drainage,and impr
