摘 要:目的探讨基于雨课堂的混合教学模式在眼科学理论教学中的教学效果。方法2022年3—6月,选取昆明医科大学2018级临床医学专业七、八大班共188名学生作为研究对象,其中七大班67名学生作为观察组,眼科学的理论教学采用基于雨课堂的混合式教学模式进行授课;八大班121名学生作为对照组,眼科学的理论教学采取幻灯片加教师讲授的传统教学方法授课,2个班的授课教师及教学时长均相同。分别记录并比较2组学生对教学效果的认可度、学生对教师授课的满意度和期末总成绩。结果接受混合教学模式授课的观察组期末总成绩为(79.70±3.63)分,高于接受传统教学模式授课的对照组的(77.33±5.08)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组学生对教学效果的总体认可度91.04%,高于对照组的69.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组对教师的总体满意程度为92.54%,高于对照组的74.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于雨课堂的混合式教学模式可提高学生的理论成绩、教学效果认可度及对教师的满意程度,是一种适合眼科学理论教学的新型教学模式。Objective To explore the teaching effect of blended teaching mode based on rain classroom in ophthalmology theory teaching.Methods From March to June 2022,a total of 188 students from Class 7 and 8 of Clinical Medicine major of Kunming Medical University in 2018 were selected as subjects.Among them,67 students from the Class 7 were selected as the observation group,and the theoretical teaching of ophthalmology was taught using a blended teaching mode based on the rain classroom;121 students from the Class 8 were selected as the control group,and the theoretical teaching of ophthalmology was taught with the traditional teaching method of slides and teacher lectures.The teaching teachers and teaching hours were the same for both classes.The students'recognition of the teaching effect,the students'satisfaction with the teaching and final total scores of the two groups were recorded and compared respectively.Results The total score of the observation group receiving mixed teaching mode was(79.70±3.63)points,which was higher than that of the control group receiving traditional teaching mode[(77.33±5.08)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The overall recognition of the teaching effect of the observation group was 91.04%,higher than that of the control group(69.42%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The overall satisfaction of the observation group was 92.54%,higher than that of the control group(74.38%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The blended teaching mode based on rain classroom can improve students'theoretical grades,recognition of teaching effectiveness,and satisfaction with teachers.It is a new teaching model suitable for ophthalmology theory teaching.
