摘　　要：目的探讨温胆汤对抑郁症患者血清脑源性神经生长因子(BDNF)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2023年4月江苏省苏州市广济医院抑郁症患者100例,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组给予常规抗抑郁药物,观察组在对照组基础上联合温胆汤。两组均持续治疗8周。比较两组临床疗效,同时比较治疗前后中医证候积分,另外测定两组治疗前后血清BDNF、5-HT水平,最后比较两组不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组中医症候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组中医症候积分治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清BDNF、5-HT水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组血清BDNF、5-HT水平较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论温胆汤用于治疗抑郁症不仅能有效改善患者临床症状,还能改善其血清BDNF、5-HT水平,且具备安全性。Objective To investigate the effects of Wendan Decoction on the levels of serum brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)in patients with depression.Methods A total of 100 patients with depression in Suzhou Guangji Hospital,Jiangsu Province from January 2022 to April 2023 were selected and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional antidepressants,and the observation group was combined with Wendan Decoction on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated for eight weeks.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the medical syndrome score before and after treatment was compared.In addition,the serum BDNF and 5-HT levels of the two groups were measured before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in both groups were decreased before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in serum BDNF and 5-HT levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of BDNF and 5-HT in two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Wendan Decoction can not only effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with depression,but also improve the leve
