摘　　要：人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)是一种世界范围内普遍存在的人类致病性疱疹病毒,可通过细胞转化、免疫逃逸、肿瘤调节等机制影响肿瘤的发生和发展。结直肠癌(CRC)是全球范围内发病率和死亡率均居高位的恶性肿瘤。越来越多的研究发现病毒感染在CRC发生和发展中的重要作用。HCMV可通过影响细胞周期、促进细胞增殖和迁移等机制促进肿瘤的发展;HCMV在特定条件下也可抑制肿瘤的转化和生长。本文旨在深入剖析HCMV与CRC的双面关系及调节机制,为癌症研究提供新视野,为CRC的预防和治疗探索新途径。Human cytomegalovirus(HCMV)is a universal human pathogenic herpes virus in the world,which can affect the development of tumor through cell transformation,immune escape,tumor regulation and other mechanisms.Colorectal cancer(CRC)is a malignant tumor with high morbidity and mortality worldwide.Many studies have identified important role of viral infection in occurrence and development of CRC.HCMV promotes tumor development by affecting cell cycle,cell proliferation and migration;HCMV may inhibit tumor transformation and growth under specific conditions.The aim of this paper is to deeply analyze two-sided relationship between HCMV and CRC and its regulatory mechanisms,to provide a new vision for cancer research and to explore new avenues for prevention and treatment of CRC.
