摘 要:SNHG1在多种癌症中异常表达,且作为肿瘤驱动因子参与细胞的增殖、周期、凋亡、迁移和侵袭等多个过程的调控。SNHG1有潜力成为肿瘤诊断、治疗和预后评估的新生物标志物和治疗靶点。本文综述SNHG1的发病机制及其在肿瘤发生、发展中作用的最新研究进展,以期为肿瘤的早期诊断和早期治疗提供新的依据和方向。SNHG1 is aberrantly expressed in a variety of cancers and participates as a tumor driver in the regulation of multiple processes such as cell proliferation,cycling,apoptosis,migration,and invasion,etc.SNHG1 has potential to become a new biomarker and therapeutic target for tumor diagnosis,treatment,and prognostic assessment.This article reviews latest research progress on the pathogenesis of SNHG1 and the role of SNHG1 in tumor genesis and development,with a view to providing a new basis and direction for early diagnosis and early treatment of tumors.
