摘 要:放疗是癌症治疗重要的手段之一,然而高剂量放疗引起的放射性炎症和肿瘤放射抵抗严重影响了患者治疗的依从性和成功率。放射增敏剂可有效提高肿瘤细胞放射敏感性,促进射线对肿瘤细胞的杀伤作用,对临床至关重要。本文回顾近五年全球中药作为放射增敏剂的增敏机制及在癌症放疗中的潜在应用价值,筛选可作为新型放射增敏剂的候选中药。本文使用关键词对PubMed、Scopus、Google Scholar和中国知网等科学数据库进行检索,对相关基础和临床研究的数据和结果进行综述。研究发现国内外中药作为放射增敏剂的研究具有一定基础。单体、复方、草本提取物和新型纳米中药均展现了潜在的应用价值,放射增敏机制主要为调节癌症细胞凋亡途径或细胞周期阻滞相关的基因。Radiotherapy is one of the important means of cancer treatment.However,radiation inflammation and tumor radioresistance caused by high-dose radiotherapy seriously affect the patients’treatment compliance and success rate.Radiosensitizer can effectively increase the radiosensitivity of tumor cells and promote the killing effect of radiation on tumor cells,which is of great importance in clinical practice.This paper reviewed the sensitization mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicines(TCMs)as radiosensitizers and their potential application value in cancer radiotherapy in the past five years,and screened candidate TCMs that could be used as new radiosensitizers.Scientific databases such as PubMed,Scopus,Google Scholar,and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)were searched by using keywords,and the data and results of relevant basic and clinical research were reviewed.It was found that there was a certain foundation for the research of TCMs as radiosensitizers at domestic and abroad.Monomers,prescriptions,herbal extracts,and novel nanomedicines showed potential application value.The radiosensitization mechanisms were mainly related to regulate cancer cell apoptosis pathways or genes of cell cycle arrest.
