摘　　要：以一类特定电子元件的电气参数自动测量设备的运动控制器部分为研究对象,以GRBL开源程序为设计基础,针对GRBL开源程序中数据通信无法满足设备需求的问题,设计了基于TFTP协议的运动控制器,对GRBL开源程序中的serial.c文件以及运动控制器与上位机之间的通信程序进行设计。设计的运动控制器以STM32F407ZGT6为核心,使用TCP/IP通信方法,以W25Q128作为存储介质,以TFTP协议以及环形队列的方式接收并处理信息以此完善GRBL运动控制程序。对设计的运动控制器进行测试并分析测试结果,证明了设计的运动控制器的可行性。In this paper,the motion controller part of a kind of specific electronic component automatic measurement equipment for electrical parameters is the research object,based on the GRBL open source program.Aiming at the problem that data communication in GRBL open source program cannot meet the requirements of devices,a motion controller based on TFTP protocol is designed,and the serial.c file in GRBL open source program and the communication program between motion controller and upper computer are designed.The motion controller is designed with STM32F407ZGT6 as the core,using TCP/IP communication method,using W25Q128 as the storage medium,using TFTP protocol and ring queue to receive and process information to improve the GRBL motion control program design.Finally,the designed motion controller is tested and the test results are analyzed,which shows the feasibility of the designed motion controller.
