摘  要:搭建了卷烟主流烟气傅里叶变换中红外光谱检测平台,分析了4个牌号卷烟主流烟气及其气相成分的中红外光谱特征和指纹图谱。结果表明:(1)4个牌号卷烟主流烟气气相成分中红外光谱图的峰型、峰位相似,说明不同牌号卷烟主流烟气气相成分之间化学基团的种类相似。(2)卷烟主流烟气气相成分中红外光谱图在3185~2581 cm^(-1)(P<0.05)、1760~1650 cm^(-1)(P<0.05)和950~900 cm^(-1)(P<0.01)区间存在明显差异。(3)卷烟主流烟气中红外光谱在3700~3550 cm^(-1)(P<0.01)、3185~2581 cm^(-1)(P<0.01)、1460~1150 cm^(-1)(P<0.001)、1080~1040 cm^(-1)(P<0.001)和950~900 cm^(-1)(P<0.01)区间存在差异。(4)在3740~3730、2387~2383、2293~2280、1768~1718和706~694 cm^(-1)区间内,卷烟主流烟气气相成分的释放量高于卷烟主流烟气的释放量;在3040~2830、1460~1350、1300~1200、1140~980、940~845和692~648 cm^(-1)区间内,卷烟主流烟气气相成分释放量低于卷烟主流烟气的释放量。该方法操作简便、重现性好,可为卷烟主流烟气光谱特征分析提供一种快速分析方法。A Fourier transform mid-infrared spectroscopic detection platform was built for the analysis of mainstream cigarette smoke,and the mid-infrared spectral characteristics and fingerprints of mainstream smoke of four cigarette brands and the vapor phase components were investigated.The results showed that:1)The spectral peak shapes and positions of the mainstream smoke vapor phase components of the four samples were similar,indicating that the types of chemical groups in the mainstream smoke vapor phase components of the four cigarette brands were similar.2)There were significant differences in the mid-infrared spectra of the vapor phase components of mainstream cigarette smoke in the ranges 3185-2581 cm^(-1)(P<0.05),1760-1650 cm^(-1)(P<0.05)and 950-900 cm^(-1)(P<0.01).3)The mid-infrared spectra of mainstream cigarette smoke differed in the ranges 3700-3550 cm^(-1)(P<0.01),3185-2581 cm^(-1)(P<0.01),1460-1150 cm^(-1)(P<0.001),1080-1040 cm^(-1)(P<0.001),and 950-900 cm^(-1)(P<0.01).4)In the ranges 3740-3730,2387-2383,2293-2280,1768-1718 and 706-694 cm^(-1),the releases of vapor phase components of mainstream cigarette smoke were higher than that of mainstream smoke,and in the ranges 3040-2830,1460-1350,1300-1200,1140-980,940-845 and 692-648 cm^(-1),the releases of vapor phase components of mainstream smoke were lower than that of mainstream smoke.This method is simple,reproducible,and fast for analyzing the spectral characteristics of mainstream cigarette smoke.
