盾构影响下桥基加固方案的数值模拟与实测验证分析

摘  要:盾构下穿桥梁要同时满足隧道围岩稳定及上部桥梁结构正常运营的双高要求,开展相应保护与加固措施是工程建设核心技术之一。结合某市地铁2号线盾构下穿立交桥梁工程实例,综合考虑水文地质特征、桥梁结构健康状态及盾构法施工隧道围岩变形特性,提出降低施工风险的桥梁加固措施,并从施工难点及桥梁损伤角度对比分析两种加固措施的可操作性。根据数值模型与实测数据等分析结果表明:相比“支座换托”加固措施而言,“型钢支撑”易于施工操作加固效果较好,且对桥梁结构无损。工程中采用后围岩整体变形较小,地表及桥基最大沉降在5mm以内。In order to meet the dual requirements of both tunnel surrounding rock stability and normal operation of the upper bridge structure,the measures of required protection and reinforcement measures is one of the core technologies when shield tunnel is on construction.Based on the example of the shield tunneling underpass bridge project of Metro Line 2 in a certain city,and considering such as the hydrogeological characteristics,health status of the bridge structure,and deformation characteristics of the tunnel surrounding rock during shield tunneling,this paper proposes bridge reinforcement measures to reduce construction risks.The operability of the two reinforcement measures is also compared and analyzed from the perspective of construction difficulties and bridge damage.According to the analysis results of numerical models and measured data,it is shown that compared to the reinforcement measures of"bearing replacement","steel pipe support"is easier to construct and the reinforcement effect is better with no damage to the bridge structure.After adopting it in the project,the overall deformation of the surrounding rock is smaller,and the maximum settlement of the ground and bridge foundation is within 5mm.
