档案展览策划流程及优化策略——以“国防科技大学建校70周年档案珍品展”为例

摘　　要：档案展览是档案工作发挥存史资政育人作用的一个重要形式,在档案工作中具有重要地位和作用。以国防科技大学建校70周年档案珍品展为例,在介绍档案部门举办档案展览基本情况基础上,作者概括提炼了档案展览策划工作的基本流程,即策划展览要经历主题概括与确立、提纲架构与设计、展品筛选与组织、展陈制作与布展、观展共情与反馈等环节。文章对学校办展活动进行了反思总结,认为该展览存在展览形式单一、办展规模受限制、办展经验不足等问题,提出档案部门提升办展水准的策略建议,要从展品特色克服平淡化、展出手段追求多元化、展览策划实现专业化方面进行优化。Archives exhibition is an important form for archival work to play the role of recording history,advising government and educating people.Also,the function and position of archives exhibition are vital to archival work.Taking the 70th anniversary archives exhibition of the National University of Defense Technology as an example,the authors summarize and refine the basic process of archives exhibition planning on the basis of introducing the basic situation of the archives exhibition held by the archives department,which consists of theme generalization and establishment,outline structure and design,exhibits selection and stack,exhibits production and site layout,feedback from visitors,etc.The paper makes a reflection and summary of the university's archives exhibition,and points out that the archives exhibition has some problems,such as monotonous exhibition form,limited exhibition scale and insufficient experience.Then,the paper puts forward some strategic suggestions for the archives department to improve the level of archival exhibitions,which should be optimized from the aspects of highlighting the characteristics of exhibits,the pursuit of diversification of exhibition means and the realization of specialization of exhibition planning.
