新时代民营经济高质量发展的障碍及其对策——以山东省泰安市为例

摘　　要：民营经济是国民经济的重要组成部分,是促进经济总体增长、实现经济稳定运行的主要力量,对于实现中国式现代化、促进共同富裕、推进科技创新、推动经济全球化具有重要意义。近年来,山东省泰安市不断夯实经济基础,大力发展民营经济,着力培育领先企业,全力推动民营经济驶入高质量发展新赛道。因此,立足于泰安市民营经济发展现状,分析了民营经济发展面临的主要障碍,提出从优化营商环境、拓宽融资渠道、提升创新能力、加大引才力度、完善内部治理等方面推动民营经济高质量发展的对策建议。As an important part of the national economy,the private economy is a major force for promoting overall economic growth and achieving stable economic operation,and is of great significance for realizing Chinese-style modernization,promoting common prosperity,advancing scientific and technological innovation,and promoting economic globalization.In recent years,Tai’an has continuously consolidated the economic foundation,vigorously developed the private economy,focused on cultivating leading enterprises,and fully promoted the private economy to enter the new track of high-quality development.Based on the development status of private economy in Tai’an,the study analyzed the main problems faced by the development of private economy,proposed countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of private economy from the aspects of optimizing the business environment,broadening financing channels,enhancing innovation ability,increasing efforts to attract talents,and improving internal governance.
