摘 要:PLC、变频器等控制技术已经在机械、纺织、冶金、石油等行业得到了广泛应用。PLC以其强大的逻辑控制和数据处理能力,在自动化控制系统中扮演着“大脑”的角色,变频器则通过调节电机的转速来实现对工业设备的精准控制,被誉为自动化系统中的“调速专家”。技校作为技能型人才的摇篮,将PLC与变频器纳入实训课程,对提升学生的实际操作能力、增强其对工业自动化技术的理解和应用能力具有重要的意义。文中分析了当前的教学现状,提出了PLC与变频器在技校实训课程中的融合教学策略。PLC,frequency converter and other control technologies have been widely used in machinery,textile,metallurgy,petroleum and other industries.PLC plays the role of“brain”in automation control system with its powerful logic control and data processing capabilities,and frequency converter realizes precise control of industrial equipment by adjusting the speed of the motor,and is known as“speed regulation expert”in automation system.As the cradle of skilled talents,PLC and frequency converter are included in the training courses,which is of great significance to improve students̓practical operation ability and enhance their understanding and application ability of industrial automation technology.This paper analyzes the current teaching status quo and proposes the integration teaching strategy of PLC and frequency converter in the training courses of technical schools.
