摘  要:随着侦查技术的快速发展,亟需兼具雷达/红外隐身性能的兼容隐身材料。以羰基铁为吸收剂,环氧树脂为粘结剂,采用刮涂法制备了羰基铁@环氧树脂吸波涂层,随后采用磁控溅射及激光雕刻技术在吸波涂层表面制备了具有周期性结构的铁薄膜,得到了兼具雷达/红外隐身性能的兼容隐身涂层,探究了铁薄膜厚度及面积占比及羰基铁含量对兼容涂层吸波/红外发射率的影响规律。研究表明:当片状羰基铁粉含量为75wt%、铁薄膜厚度为100 nm、铁薄膜面积分数为80%时,兼容隐身涂层性能最好,在8.2~12.4 GHz频段内,反射率小于-8.75 dB,中、远红外两个波段红外发射率分别为0.279和0.338。With the rapid development of military detection technology,there is an urgent need for stealth materials with radar/infrared compatible stealth performance.Taking the carbonyl iron(CI)as the absorber and epoxy resin(EP)as the binder,the CI@EP absorbing coatings were prepared by using a scratch coating method.Subsequently,iron film with periodic structures was prepared on the surface of the absorbing coating using magnetron sputtering and laser engraving techniques.The compatible stealth coating with radar/infrared stealth performance was obtained,and the influence of the thickness and area ratio of the iron film and the filler ratio of carbonyl iron on the microwave absorption/infrared emissivity of the compatible coatings were investigated in detail.The results show that when the filler ratio of carbonyl iron powder is 75wt%,the thickness of the iron film is 100 nm,and the area fraction of the iron film is 80%,the performance of the compatible stealth coating is best.In 8.2-12.4 GHz,the microwave reflectivity is less than-8.75 dB,and the infrared emissions in the middle and far infrared bands are 0.279 and 0.338,respectively.
