摘 要:采用氧化物陶瓷工艺制备低温共烧NiCuZn软磁铁氧体材料,考察了预烧温度、球磨时间、烧结温度等工艺条件对材料微观结构和磁性能的影响。结果表明,随球磨时间延长、预烧温度增高,NiCuZn铁氧体材料磁导率、饱和磁通密度先增大后减小,功耗则先减小后增大;随烧结温度升高,材料磁导率、饱和磁通密度不断增大,功耗先降低后增高。当预烧温度为860℃、球磨时间6 h、烧结温度为900℃时,晶粒尺寸在1~2μm之间、大小均匀、结构致密,材料磁导率为465、饱和磁通密度为306 mT、功耗为46.5 kW/m^(3),综合磁性能最佳。NiCuZn soft magnetic ferrite was prepared by oxide ceramic process.The effects of pre-firing temperature,ball milling time and sintering temperature on the microstructure and magnetic properties of the material were investigated.The results show that with prolonging milling time and increasing prefiring temperature,the permeability and saturation flux density of LTCF materials increase firstly and then decrease,it is contrary to the trend of power consumption.With the increase of sintering temperature,the material permeability and saturation magnetic induction increase,and the power loss decreases first and then increases.When the pre-firing temperature is 860 ℃,the milling time is 6 h,and the sintering temperature is 900 ℃,material with uniform grain size of 1 to 2 μm,dense microstructure was prepared,with the best comprehensive magnetic property.
