摘  要:针对加氢改质装置铵盐结晶和高压螺纹锁紧环换热器腐蚀内漏问题,考察和研究了高压螺纹锁紧环换热器在含硫、含氯环境的工作状况,通过加强原料油脱水、提高高压螺纹锁紧环换热器管壳程出口温度、优化注水点位置和总注水量等措施,有效避免反应流出物系统的铵盐结晶和降低腐蚀速率,实现装置长周期运行。In view of the problems of ammonium salt crystallization and internal leakage in the heat exchanger of high pressure thread locking ring in the hydrogenation upgrading unit,the working conditions of the high pressure thread locking ring heat exchanger in the environment containing sulfur and chlorine were investigated and studied.By strengthening the dehydration of raw oil,increasing the outlet temperature of the shell-and-tube side of the high-pressure thread-locked ring heat exchanger,optimizing the position of water injection point and total water injection quantity,etc.,the ammonium salt crystallization of the reaction effluent system was effectively avoided,and corrosion rate was decreased,the long-term operation of the plant was realized.
