摘　　要：专业群是高职院校培养人才的依托和框架,建设高水平专业群是提升高职教育服务区域产业发展能力的最直接手段。目前,高水平专业群建设还存在与区域产业适应性不强、校企合作不深入等问题。动态能力理论强调根据外界环境的变化调整资源的组合和利用模式,最终实现资源的最优配置,实现竞争优势的持续保持,对高职院校高水平专业群的建设具有重要指导意义。在动态能力理论视角下,文章提出从以下几个方面着手进行高职院校高水平专业群的构建:科学研判,合理规划专业群布局;多方协同发力,建立动态调整机制;深入推进产教融合,建设校企命运共同体;围绕产业发展需求,优化人才培养体系。Professional clusters are the foundation and framework for vocational colleges to cultivate talents.Building high-level professional clusters is the most direct means to enhance the ability of vocational education to serve regional industrial development.At present,there are still problems in the construction of high-level professional groups,such as weak adaptability to regional industries and insufficient cooperation between schools and enterprises.The dynamic capability theory emphasizes adjusting the combination and utilization mode of resources based on changes in the external environment,ultimately achieving optimal resource allocation and sustained competitive advantage,which has important guiding significance for the construction of high-level professional groups in higher vocational colleges.From the perspective of dynamic capability theory,the article proposes to construct high-level professional groups in higher vocational colleges from the following aspects:scientific analysis and rational planning of professional group layout;collaborate efforts from multiple parties to establish a dynamic adjustment mechanism;deepen the integration of industry and education,and build a community with a shared future for schools and enterprises;optimize the talent training system around the needs of industrial development.
