基于教学能力大赛的高职院校社区护理课程教学策略探究

摘　　要：高职院校教学能力大赛作为提升教师教学水平、推动教育创新的重要举措,为教育界带来了新的挑战与机遇。在社区护理这一专业领域,随着社会对高质量医疗卫生服务需求的增长,如何培养具备专业技能和创新能力的护理人才,成为职业教育改革的重要研究课题。基于教学能力大赛实施高职院校社区护理课程教学,能够以赛促教、以赛促学,提升社区护理课程教学的质量和效果,培养更多符合实际需求的社区护理人才。文章分析高职院校开展教学能力大赛的重要性,探索高职院校社区护理课程教学面临的问题,并提出基于教学能力大赛的高职院校社区护理课程教学设计思路和教学策略,以期不断提升高职院校社区护理教学的质量和效果。The teaching ability competition in vocational colleges,as an important measure to improve the teaching level of teachers and promote educational innovation,has brought new challenges and opportunities to the education industry.In the field of community nursing,with the increasing demand for high-quality medical and health services in society,how to cultivate nursing talents with professional skills and innovative abilities has become an important research topic in vocational education reform.Implementing community nursing course teaching in vocational colleges based on teaching ability competitions can promote teaching and learning through competitions,improve the quality and effectiveness of community nursing course teaching,and cultivate more community nursing talents that meet practical needs.The article analyzes the importance of conducting teaching ability competitions in higher vocational colleges,explores the problems faced by community nursing course teaching in vocational colleges,and proposes teaching design ideas and strategies for community nursing course teaching in higher vocational colleges based on teaching ability competitions,in order to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of community nursing teaching in higher vocational colleges.
