摘  要:劳动能力是高职学生应具备的基本素质,也是高职学生为社会作贡献的力量源泉。为此,高职院校可基于“匠心驱动、专创融合”理念,加强对学生的劳动教育,积极提升学生的劳动能力、创新能力。具体策略有:转变教学理念、提高对劳动教育的重视程度,改善课程设计、优化高职院校的劳动课程设置,加强融合教育、促进专业教育和劳动教育的有效融合,加强校企合作、为学生提供劳动实践机会,加强技能教育、提升学生的劳动能力。Labor ability is a basic quality that vocational college students should possess,and it is also the source of strength for vocational college students to contribute to society.Therefore,vocational colleges can strengthen labor education for students based on the concept of"craftsmanship driven,integration of expertise and innovation",and actively enhance their labor and innovation abilities.The specific strategies include:changing teaching concepts,increasing the emphasis on labor education,improving curriculum design,optimizing labor curriculum in vocational colleges,strengthening integrated education,promoting effective integration of professional education and labor education,strengthening school enterprise cooperation,providing students with labor practice opportunities,strengthening skill education,and enhancing students'labor abilities.
