摘　　要：将知识产权素养融入大学创新创业教育体系是培养创新型人才的必然要求,有助于推动和深化产教融合,帮助大学生规避和化解创业过程中面临的知识产权风险。文章分析高校知识产权教育的重要性,探讨知识产权教育融入大学生创新创业教育的意义,指出打造“创新思维+创意实践+知识产权”的三递进式教育体系,构建“知识产权+”多课并举的创新创业课程体系,构建高校、政府、企业“三位一体”协同育人体系,线上线下常规课与培训课协同发展是知识产权教育融入大学生创新创业教育的主要途径,能激发大学生的创业热情,提升大学生的创业质量。Integrating intellectual property literacy into the innovation and entrepreneurship education system of universities is an inevitable requirement for cultivating innovative talents,which helps to promote and deepen the integration of industry and education,and helps college students avoid and resolve intellectual property risks faced in the entrepreneurial process.The article analyzes the importance of intellectual property education in universities and explores the significance of integrating intellectual property education into innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students.It points out that building a three step progressive education system of"innovative thinking+creative practice+intellectual property",constructing an innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system that combines"intellectual property+"multiple courses,and constructing a"three in one"collaborative education system for universities,governments,and enterprises.The coordinated development of online and ofline regular courses and training courses is the main way for intellectual property education to integrate into innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students,which can stimulate their entrepreneurial enthusiasm and improve the quality of entrepreneurship for college students.
