加替沙星眼用凝胶治疗细菌性结膜炎可行性分析

摘　　要：目的探究加替沙星眼用凝胶临床上用于治疗细菌性结膜炎的可行性。方法选取2022年11月至2023年11月六盘水市妇幼保健院眼科收治的118例细菌性结膜炎患者为研究对象,随机数字分为观察组(加替沙星眼用凝胶,n=59)和对照组(左氧氟沙星眼用凝胶,n=59)。观察两组患者的临床有效率、细菌清除率,监测治疗期间不良反应的发生情况。结果14天治疗后,两组患者临床症状和体征均减轻,观察组患者改善更明显(94.92%vs 81.36%,χ^(2)=5.187,P=0.023);两组患者细菌感染率均降低,观察组细菌清除率更明显(91.53%vs 74.57%,χ^(2)=6.020,P=0.014);观察组患者不良反应发生率为1.69%,与对照组的3.39%无显著差异(P=0.559)。结论加替沙星眼用凝胶用于治疗细菌性结膜炎具有疗效好、抗菌活性强、安全性高的优点。Objective To explore the clinical feasibility of treating bacterial conjunctivitis with gatifloxacin ophthalmic gel.Methods 118 patients with bacterial conjunctivitis who treated in our hospital from November 2022 to November 2023 were randomly divided into the observation group(gatifloxacin ophthalmic gel,n=59)and the control group(levofloxacin ophthalmic gel,n=59).Clinical response rate and bacterial clearance rate in both groups of patients and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were observed.Results After 14 days of treatment,the clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups were reduced,and the amount of reductionin the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group(94.92%vs 81.36%,χ^(2)=5.187,P=0.023).The bacterial infection rate in both groups was reduced,and the bacterial clearance rate in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group(91.53%vs 74.57%,χ^(2)=6.020,P=0.014).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 1.69%,which was not significantly different from that in the control group(3.39%)(P=0.559).Conclusion Treating bacterial conjunctivitis with gatifloxacin ophthalmic gel has good efficacy,strong antibacterial activity,and high safety.
