摘　　要：成人急性淋巴细胞白血病(acute lymphoblastic leukemia,ALL)是成人最常见的急性白血病之一,随着诊断技术和治疗手段快速发展,成人ALL的精准诊断不断更新、临床实践日益丰富。为促进成人ALL临床诊疗的规范,中国抗癌协会血液肿瘤专业委员会、中华医学会血液学分会白血病淋巴瘤学组参考国内外最新指南和文献,荟萃国内外最新研究成果,共同制定了《中国成人急性淋巴细胞白血病诊断与治疗指南(2024年版)》。为更好地指导临床实践,文章拟对该指南重点更新的部分进行解读。Adult acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL)is one of the most common acute leukemia in adults.With the rapid development of diagnostic technology and novel treatment methods,the precise diagnosis of adult ALL is constantly updated,and clinical practice is increasingly enriched.To promote the standardization of clinical diagnosis and treatment of adult ALL,the Hematology Oncology Committee of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association and Leukemia&Lymphoma Group of the Chinese Society of Hematology,Chinese Medical Association,have referred to the latest guidelines and literature both domestically and internationally,and have compiled the latest research findings from around the world to jointly formulate the"Chinese guideline for diagnosis and treatment of adult acute lymphoblastic leukemia(2024)"To better guide clinical practice,this article intends to interpret the updated parts of the guideline.
