摘　　要：高校思想政治教育依托高校展开,思想政治教育组织包括教学组织、管理组织和评价组织等。其中,教学组织负责思想政治理论课的教育,深耕知识领域;管理组织负责学生日常生活中的思想政治教育,关注实践领域;评价组织负责观察和考核,发挥监督功能。然而在实践中,高校思想政治教育组织往往面临以下形态学难题:组织功能分化导致组织关系割裂,理论教育和实践教育存在方法论分化,评价方式不能解决思维方式差异。因此,应当优化高校思想政治教育组织的关系结构,在引入社会力量的同时强调协同责任伦理,探赜破除高校思想政治教育组织形态学发展困境的解决之道。The implementation of ideological and political education in universities depend on"universities".Organizations of ideological and political education include teaching organizations,management organizations and evaluation organizations.Among them,teaching organizations are responsible for the education of ideological and political theoretical courses,it deepens the knowledge field;management organizations are responsible for the ideological and political education of the daily lives of students,it focuses on the practical field;evaluation organizations are responsible for observations and assessments,it displays the supervision function.However,in practice,ideological and political education organizations in universities often face the following morphological difficulties:the differentiation of organizational function leads to the separation of organizational relationships.There exists the methodological differentiation between theoretical education and practical education,and the evaluation method cannot solve differences in thinking method.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the relationship structure of the ideological and political education organizations in universities,emphasizing on the collaborative responsibility ethics when introducing the social power,and exploring the dilemma of morphological development of ideological and political education organizations in universities.
