摘　　要：一种成品卷悬空称重支撑架由底板、电子台秤、底架、导轨、滑座、支撑座和调节机构组成。底板上放置电子台秤,底架安装在电子台秤上,2个导轨平行且间隔地安装在底架上,4个滑座与导轨配合滑动,2个支撑座横跨在导轨上并与滑座固定,以便在导轨上滑动。通过调节底架上的调节机构,可以改变2个支撑座之间的距离。这款装置能够避免电解铜箔在称重时出现箔面压痕,并且适用于不同宽度的电解铜箔成品卷的称重,操作起来也较为方便。The utility model relates to a finished roll hanging weighing support frame which comprises a bottom plate,an electronic platform scale,a bottom frame,guide rails,slide seats,support seats and an adjusting mechanism.The electronic platform scale is placed on the bottom plate,the bottom frame is installed on the electronic platform scale,two guide rails are installed on the bottom frame in parallel and separately,four slide seats slide with the guide rail,two support seats cross the guide rail and are fixed with the slide seat for sliding on the guide rail.By adjusting the adjustment mechanism on the bottom frame,the distance between the two support seats can be changed.The advantage of this device is that it can avoid foil surface indentation when electrolytic copper foil is weighed,it is suitable for weighing electrolytic copper foil finished rolls of different widths,and it is very convenient to operate.
