摘  要:本文将电感耦合等离子体质谱仪高灵敏总氟分析技术成功应用于铁皮石斛制品中的氟含量准确测量,为实现铁皮石斛产品中氟化物的简单、快速测定提供了新策略。实验依据氟和钡会在等离子体中形成氟化钡的原理,通过测定氟化钡以间接获得样品中的氟含量。本文对影响氟化物生成效率和分析灵敏度等实验条件进行了优化,最终方法的检出限为0.04 mg/L,测得铁皮石斛制品中氟含量在405.2~801.7μg/kg,日常饮用不会给人体造成氟风险。In this paper,the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer was successfully applied to the sensitive and accurate measurement of fluorine in Dendrobium products,which provides a new strategy to realize the simple and rapid determination of fluoride in Dendrobium products.The experiment is based on the principle that fluorine and barium will form barium fluoride in the ICP,and the fluorine content in the sample is obtained indirectly by measuring the barium fluoride.In this paper,the experimental conditions affecting the efficiency of fluoride generation and analytical sensitivity were optimized,and the final detection limit of the method was 0.04 mg/L.The fluoride content in Dendrobium products was measured to be in the range of 405.2~801.7μg/kg,which does not cause fluoride risk to human in daily consumption.
