摘　　要：本文聚焦“促进高质量充分就业”的新时代新征程就业工作新定位、新使命,在“体育强国”和“健康中国”的战略框架下深入分析高等体育院校人才培养和就业工作,通过对政策、社会环境、大众需求等维度的解读和分析,强调高等体育院校人才培养内容要与社会发展需求相契合,大学生培养要朝着素质化、职业化、专业化、全能化、多元化方向发展。在归纳体育院校学生就业的机遇与挑战的基础上,以首都体育学院为例分享学校人才培养就业工作的强化顶层设计、发挥特色优势、提升“双创”工作、服务国家需求和夯实专业基础等经验,提出高等体育院校办学要坚定不移坚持正确的政治方向,不断创新人才培养体系,更加注重学生实践能力的培养和跨学科知识整合,聚焦服务国家战略需求培养高素质体育人才。The article focuses on the new positioning and mission of employment work in the new era and new journey towards"promoting high-quality and sufficient employment."Under the strategic frameworks of"Sports Power"and"Healthy China,"this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of talent cultivation and employment work in higher sports education institutions.By academies and analyzing dimensions such as policies,social environment,and public demand,this paper emphasizes the need for the content of talent cultivation in higher sports academies to align with the demands of societal development.It advocates for the development of college students in the direction of quality-oriented,vocational,professional,comprehensive,and diversified education.Based on the summary of opportunities and challenges in the employment of sports college students,the paper shares the experiences of Capital University of Physical Education and Sports in strengthening top-level design,leveraging distinctive advantages,enhancing innovation and entrepreneurship efforts,serving national demands,and solidifying professional foundations.It proposes that higher sports institutions should steadfastly adhere to the correct political direction,continuously innovate their talent cultivation systems,place greater emphasis on the cultivation of students'practical abilities and interdisciplinary knowledge integration,and focus on cultivating high-quality sports talents to meet the strategic needs of the nation.
