摘 要:创新创业教育是高校落实创新驱动发展战略、提高人才培养质量、支撑中国式现代化建设的重要途径。本文梳理了新加坡高校在政府“教育必须配合经济发展”战略方针下大力推进创新创业教育的发展沿革,并围绕新加坡国立大学、南洋理工大学和新加坡管理大学三所高校的创新创业教育模式开展调研,总结凝练了三所高校创新创业教育体系的特点:突出高度整合的教育组织体系、聚焦能力指向的人才培养体系和强调主体协作的教育生态体系。启示我国高校要在创新创业教育改革中建设分类分层全面贯通的创新创业课程体系,深化以能力培养为指向的创新创业实践体系,建立专业化的创新创业师资队伍,构建完善的创新创业教育生态系统和构建科学高效创新创业教育评价体系。Innovation and entrepreneurship education constitutes a cornerstone approach for higher education institutions to advance the innovation-driven development strategy,enhance the calibre of talent nurturing,and bolster the edifice of the Chinese path to modernization with a distinct national character.This study delves into the evolutionary trajectory of innovation and entrepreneurship education within Singaporean universities,nestled under the guiding principle that educational endeavors must harmonize with economic progression.With a keen focus on the triumvirate of prestigious institutions-National University of Singapore,Nanyang Technological University,and Singapore Management University-this paper dissects their pioneering models in cultivating entrepreneurial minds.It distills and synthesizes the hallmarks of their innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystems,highlighting a triad of key features:a meticulously integrated educational governance framework,a competence-centric talent incubation paradigm,and a collaborative ecosystem where learners occupy the epicenter.The analysis posits that,in the quest to revamp China's innovation and entrepreneurship education landscape,institutions should aspire to forge a holistic ecosystem conducive to such pursuits.This entails constructing a multidimensional,cohesive curriculum that seamlessly integrates innovation and entrepreneurship;fostering a practice-oriented pedagogy aimed at honing competencies;assembling a faculty proficient in nurturing entrepreneurial acumen;and instituting a rigorous,scientifically grounded assessment mechanism to gauge the efficacy of these educational ventures.Collectively,these measures align with the broader ambition of fostering a new generation of innovators and entrepreneurs who will propel China's modernization journey.
