摘　　要：【目的】探讨GTP酶激活蛋白SH3功能区结合蛋白1(G3BP1)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者组织中的表达及其与放疗疗效的关系。【方法】检测133例NSCLC患者组织中G3BP1蛋白表达水平,并分析其与NSCLC临床病理参数及放疗疗效的关系。【结果】NSCLC患者组织中G3BP1蛋白水平在不同肿瘤直径、TNM分期及淋巴结转移患者中比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。有效组NSCLC组织中G3BP1蛋白水平低于无效组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。G3BP1评价疗效的受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线下面积(AUC)、最佳截断值、敏感度和特异度分别为0.802、2.33、86.54%和61.73%。Logistic多因素回归分析结果显示:肿瘤直径、TNM分期、淋巴结转移、急性放射性肺炎及G3BP1水平是影响NSCLC放疗疗效的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。【结论】G3BP1与NSCLC肿瘤直径、TNM分期及淋巴结转移有关,其水平可为评价患者的放疗疗效提供参考。【Objective】To investigate the expression of GTPase-activating protein SH3 domain-binding protein 1(G3BP1)in tissues of patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and its relationship with the efficacy of radiotherapy.【Methods】The expression levels of G3BP1 protein were measured in the tissues of 133 NSCLC patients.The relationship between G3BP1 expression and NSCLC clinicopathological parameters as well as radiotherapy efficacy was analyzed.【Results】There were statistically significant differences in G3BP1 protein levels among NSCLC tissues with different tumor diameters,TNM stages,and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The G3BP1 protein level in the radiotherapy effective group was lower than that in the ineffective group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The area under the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve(AUC)for evaluating the efficacy of G3BP1,optimal cutoff point,sensitivity,and specificity were 0.802,2.33,86.54%,and 61.73%,respectively.Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that tumor diameter,TNM stage,lymph node metastasis,acute radiation pneumonitis,and G3BP1 level were independent risk factors affecting the efficacy of radiotherapy in NSCLC(P<0.05).【Conclusion】G3BP1 is related to tumor diameter,TNM stage,and lymph node metastasis in NSCLC.Its level can provide a reference for evaluating the efficacy of radiotherapy in patients.
