探究口腔颌面外科手术应用内固定系统的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究口腔颌面外科手术应用内固定系统的临床效果。方法选取50例口腔颌面外科手术患者,随机分为对照组及实验组,各25例。对照组接受传统内固定系统治疗,实验组接受可吸收内固定系统治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效,止血时间和住院时间,出院时的生活质量评分,感染率。结果实验组的总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的72.00%(P<0.05)。实验组的止血时间(20.12±3.23)h和住院时间(4.34±1.23)d均短于对照组的(35.34±5.23)h、(15.67±4.23)d(P<0.05)。实验组出院时的生活质量评分(95.45±4.42)分高于对照组的(78.12±4.56)分(P<0.05)。实验组的感染率为4.00%,低于对照组的32.00%(P<0.05)。结论可吸收内固定系统极大地改善了口腔颌面外科手术患者的生活质量,提高了患者的临床效果,有助于减少患者的感染几率。Objective To explore the clinical effects of internal fixation systems in oral and maxillofacial surgery.Methods 50 patients with oral and maxillofacial surgery were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 25 patients in each group.The control group was treated with traditional internal fixation system,and the experimental group was treated with absorbable internal fixation system treatment.The clinical efficacy,hemostatic time and hospital stay,quality of life score at discharge and infection rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.00%,which was higher than 72.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The hemostatic time of the experimental group was(20.12±3.23)h and the hospital stay was(4.34±1.23)d,which were shorter than(35.34±5.23)h and(15.67±4.23)d of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score at discharge was(95.45±4.42)points in the experimental group,which was higher than(78.12±4.56)points in the control group(P<0.05).The infection rate of the experimental group was 4.00%,which was lower than 32.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The absorbable internal fixation system has greatly improved the quality of life and clinical results of patients undergoing oral and maxillofacial surgery,and is helpful to reduce the chance of infection.
