依达拉奉注射液联合复方脑肽节苷脂注射液治疗急性脑出血的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探析依达拉奉注射液联合复方脑肽节苷脂注射液治疗急性脑出血的应用效果。方法82例急性脑出血患者,按照入院时间先后顺序将其分为两组,其中对照组41例患者予以依达拉奉注射液治疗,研究组41例患者予以依达拉奉注射液+复方脑肽节苷脂注射液联合治疗。对比两组患者神经功能、生活自理能力及临床疗效。结果治疗前两组患者美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分对比无差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者NIHSS评分、ADL评分均较治疗前有改善,且研究组NIHSS评分(11.12±2.07)分低于对照组的(15.02±2.34)分,ADL评分(75.63±3.54)分高于对照组的(69.13±3.42)分(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率95.12%显著高于对照组的80.49%(P<0.05)。结论对急性脑出血患者采用依达拉奉注射液+复方脑肽节苷脂注射液联合治疗有着良好效果,可有效减轻患者神经功能受损程度,促使患者恢复生活自理能力。Objective To explore the effect of edaravone injection combined with compound porcine cerebroside and ganglioside injection in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 82 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were divided into two groups according to the order of admission.Among them,41 patients in the control group were treated with edaravone injection,and 41 patients in the study group were treated with edaravone injection combined with compound porcine cerebroside and ganglioside injection.The neurological function,self-care ability and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no differences in National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores and Activities of Daily Living(ADL)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score and ADL score were improved in both groups compared with those before treatment;the study group had lower NIHSS score of(11.12±2.07)points than(15.02±2.34)points in the control group,and higher ADL score of(75.63±3.54)points than(69.13±3.42)points in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 95.12%in the study group,which was significantly higher than 80.49%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination treatment of edaravone injection and compound porcine cerebroside and ganglioside injection in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage has a good therapeutic effect,which can effectively reduce the degree of neurological impairment and promote the recovery of patients'self-care ability.
