扬州产教融合型企业的建设现状与培育路径研究

摘　　要：在产业科创名城建设背景下,对扬州获批的48家省级产教融合型试点企业进行深入调研。针对获批企业的利益诉求实现困难、专业设置与地方产业群不匹配、人才培养与产业需求脱节等现实问题,构建了企业自主办学、校企合作办学、企业参与学校教学、校企共同开发产品等产教融合型企业培育类型。提出要加强政、行、企、校协同育人,打造产教深度融合的新型载体平台,建立市域产教融合新机制新生态等建设路径。多方共同培养服务支撑产业需求的高素质技术技能人才,增强产教融合型企业对地方经济社会的服务贡献。Under the background of the construction of a famous industrial and scientific innovation city,in-depth research was conducted on 48 provincial pilot enterprises integrating industry and education in Yangzhou.In view of the practical problems such as the difficulties in realizing the interest demands of the approved enterprises,the mismatch between professional setting and local industrial groups,and the disconnection between talent training and industrial demand,the types of industry-education integration enterprises,such as independent school running,school-enterprise cooperation in running schools,enterprise participation in school teaching,and product development between schools and enterprises,are established.It is proposed to strengthen the collaborative education of government,industry,enterprises and schools,build a new carrier platform for the deep integration of industry and education,and establish a new mechanism and new ecology for the integration of industry and education in urban areas.We will jointly train high-quality technical and skilled talents to support the needs of the industry,and enhance the service contribution of enterprises integrating industry and education to the local economy and society.
