超声冲洗法联合氢氧化钙糊剂治疗慢性牙髓炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声冲洗法联合氢氧化钙糊剂治疗慢性牙髓炎的疗效及影响。方法:选取三峡大学附属仁和医院口腔科收治的慢性牙髓炎患者98例为研究对象,随机分成注射组和超声组各49例,注射组采用注射冲洗联合氢氧化钙糊剂治疗,超声组采用超声冲洗法联合氢氧化糊剂治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效、疼痛程度、炎性因子及并发症。结果:超声组患者的有效率高于注射组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,超声组疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)低于注射组,差异具有统计学意义(t=7.687,P=0.000);超声组患者治疗后的白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-8、C反应蛋白(CRP)低于注射组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针对慢性牙髓炎患者,采用超声冲洗联合氢氧化钙糊剂治疗可降低患者的炎性因子水平,减轻机体的炎性反应,缓解患者疼痛,且安全性良好。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect and influence of ultrasonic irrigation combined with calcium hydroxide paste in the treatment of chronic pulpitis.Method Ninety-eight patients with chronic pulpitis received in our hospital were randomly divided into injection group and ultrasound group by drawing lot,with 49 cases in each group.The injection group was treated with injection irrigation combined with calcium hydroxide paste,while the ultrasound group was treated with ultrasound irrigation combined with hydroxide paste.The clinical therapeutic effect,pain degree,inflammatory factors and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of ultrasound group was higher than that of injection group(P<0.05);After treatment,VAS score in the ultrasound group was lower than that in the injection group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.687,P=0.000).IL-6,IL-8 and CRP in ultrasound group after treatment were lower than those in injection group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with chronic pulpitis,ultrasonic irrigation combined with calcium hydroxide paste can reduce the level of inflammatory factors,reduce the inflammatory response of the body,relieve the pain of patients,and have good safety.
