摘　　要：现阶段铁道工程建设面临各种复杂环境,其引发的工程问题是领域内研究重难点所在,而当前研究生教学方式较为落后,不利于创新型专业人才的培养。为解决上述问题,将铁道工程和案例库联系起来,明确了案例库教学的重要意义,分析了现存案例库的问题;针对这些问题,提出了复杂环境下铁道工程案例库的建设思路,以中南大学铁道工程专业为例进行案例库建设并分析了其中的案例内容,所建库中内容弥补了早期案例库的短板,具有高度综合性;最后给出了后续教学设计流程,为全国铁道工程专业教学提供教学参考。At the present stage,railway engineering construction is facing various complex environments,and the engineering problems caused by them are the major research difficulties in the field,while the current teaching methods of graduate students are relatively backward,which is not conducive to the cultivation of innovative professionals.In order to solve the above problems,the railway engineering and the case library are linked,the importance of case library teaching is clarified,and the problems of the existing case library are analyzed;in view of these problems,the construction idea of the railway engineering case library under the complex environment is put forward,and the construction of the case library is carried out with the railway engineering specialty of Central South University as an example,and the case content is analyzed,and the content of the library built makes up for the shortcomings of the early case library,and has a high degree of comprehensiveness;finally,the follow-up teaching design is given;in the end,the follow-up teaching design is given.Finally,a follow-up teaching design process is given to provide teaching reference for the teaching of railway engineering majors in China.
