摘 要:随着国家对高校教师的要求提高,更多教师选择作为访问学者进行学习和进修,以提升自身的科研水平和教学能力。国家出台了相关政策鼓励高校教师国内外访学,并提供了大量的资金支持。通过对目前高校教师的访学情况进行分析,总结了访学能够带来的科研、教学和认知理念等方面的收益。研究结果表明,虽然教师的访学动机和目的各不相同,但教师访学归来都有一定的收获和提高。但由于外在的国家监管问题和内在的教师自身原因,高校教师访学仍存在很多问题。通过分析不同问题产生的原因,提出了对应的解决办法。In response to the rising standards set by national accreditation bodies for those teaching at the college level,an increasing number of educators are pursuing and furthering their studies as visiting scholars.This allows them to enhance their research capabilities and pedagogical expertise.The state has enacted pertinent policies to motivate college educators to engage in educational visits to domestic and international academic institutions,and has allocated a considerable financial endowment to facilitate such endeavours.The paper analyses the current situation of university teachers’study visits and summarises the benefits in terms of scientific research,teaching and cognitive concepts.The findings of the study indicate that although the motives and objectives of study visits vary,teachers return from such visits with certain gains and improvements.However,due to external national regulatory issues and internal teachers’own reasons,there are still significant challenges in university teachers’study visits.By analysing the reasons for these challenges,this paper proposes corresponding solutions.
