摘  要:数学是自然科学的基础,也是重大技术创新发展的基础,加强数学高层次人才培养任重且迫切。上海电力大学数学一级学科硕士学位授权点积极响应国家大力发展基础学科拔尖人才培养战略,服务上海和长江三角洲地区经济引领高地,支撑能源电力变革转型升级,从专业和行业需求出发,培养社会急需的高层次人才。上海电力大学数学一级学科硕士学位授权点从学校现实出发,在培养方案制订、高水平导师团队建设、教学方法创新、实践平台搭建等方面走出了具有学校自身特色的培养之路,创建了“四位一体”的人才培养模式。Mathematics is the foundation of natural science,but also the foundation of great technological innovation and development.It is important and urgent to strengthen the cultivation of high-level talents in mathematics.The master’s degree program of first-level disciplines of mathematics in Shanghai University of Electric Power actively responds to the national strategy of developing basic disciplines,serves economic integration in the Yangtze River Delta and Shanghai leading economic highland.At the same time,it supports the transformation and upgrading of energy and power,and cultivates high-level talents that are urgently needed by the society based on the needs of specialties and industries.Starting from the reality of the university,Shanghai University of Electric Power has gone out of its own characteristics in terms of training program formulation,highlevel tutor team construction,teaching method innovation,practice platform construction,and created a“four-in-one”talent training mode.
