摘  要:针对当前拉钩筋装配化施工安装工艺需求,设计一种拉钩筋弯折装置。基于拉钩筋弯折工艺试验,提出了具有夹紧和弯折功能的装置构型。基于弯折装置结构特点,通过理论分析的方法建立了夹紧和弯折机构的运动学模型。基于弯折机构使用和设计要求,采用虚拟样机技术对弯折机构进行多体动力学和有限元结构静力学仿真分析。结果表明:弯折机构在运动过程中动作平滑,各杆件结构强度和刚度在合理范围之内,满足机构运动的平顺性和机械结构的可靠性要求。设计了弯折驱动液压缸电液位置控制系统,通过仿真验证了控制系统的可行性。最后,通过试验对弯折装置使用性能进行验证,结果表明:拉钩筋弯折装置整体结构性能满足设计和工程要求,极大提升了拉钩筋安装效率,达到预期目标。A steel bar bending device was designed to meet the requirements of the current steel bar assembly construction and installation process.Based on the steel bar bending process test,the device configuration with clamping and bending functions was proposed.Based on the structural characteristics of the bending device,the kinematic models of the clamping and bending mechanisms were established by theoretical analysis.Based on the application and design requirements of the bending mechanism,virtual prototype technology was used to simulate and analyze the multi-body dynamics and finite element structure statics of the bending mechanism.The results show that the bending mechanism moves smoothly in the process of movement,and the strength and stiffness of each member structure are within a reasonable range,which meets the requirements of the move smoothness of the mechanism and the reliability of the mechanical structure.The electrohydraulic position control system of the bending drive hydraulic cylinder was designed,and the feasibility of the control system was verified by simulation.Finally,the performance of the bending device was verified by test.The results show that the overall structural performance of the bending device meets the design and engineering requirements,which greatly improves the installation efficiency of the steel bar,and the expected goal is achieved.
