摘 要:目的探究大学生对等待时间的获益损失评价及感受和等待时间的再分配过程。方法研究分为2个实验,实验1对60名被试进行2(时间来源)×2(原计划的时间用途)×2(等待时长)的被试内实验,因变量为不同等待情境下被试的获益损失评价及情绪体验;实验2对353名被试进行2×2×2的被试间实验,自变量同实验一,因变量为不同等待情境下等待时间再分配比例。结果①工作日工作时间的等待会引发损失评价及消极情绪,休息日原计划学习时等待引发损失评价但伴有积极体验,其他等待情境下均有获益评价及积极体验;②大学生把等待时间再分配给娱乐账户的比例最大,分配给社会活动账号的比例最小;当等待时间变长,分配给学习的时间比例增多,其中工作日工作时间的等待时间再分配给兴趣学习的时间更多,休闲日再分配给专业学习的时间更多。结论①等待时间是获益还是损失,受时间来源及原计划的影响;②大学生的等待时间主要用于娱乐,等待时间长时学习时间比例增加。Objective To explore the evaluation and perception of the benefits and losses of waiting time among college students,as well as the process of redistributing waiting time.Methods A total of 60 students were divided into two groups.Experiment 1 conducted an in subject experiment of 2(time source)×2(originally planned time use)x 2(waiting time)on 60 participants.The dependent variables were the evaluation of benefits and losses and emotional experiences of participants in different waiting situations;Experiment 2 conducted a 2×2×2 inter subject experiment on 353 participants,with the same independent variable as Experiment 1,and the dependent variable being the proportion of waiting time redistribution under diferent waiting situations.Results①Waiting during working hours on weekdays can lead to loss evaluations and negative emotions.Waiting during planned learning on rest days can cause loss evaluations but is accompanied by positive experiences.In other waiting situations,there are benefit evaluations and positive experiences.②The proportion of college students redistributing waiting time to entertainment accounts was the highest,while the proportion allocated to social activity accounts was the lowest.As the waiting time increases,the proportion of time allocated to learning increases,with more waiting time allocated to interest learning on weekdays and more time allocated to professional learning on leisure days.Conclusions①Whether waiting time is a benefit or a loss is influenced by the source of time and the original plan.②The waiting time of college students is mainly used for entertainment,and the proportion of study time increases when the waiting time is long.
