摘 要:口腔树脂材料是口腔医生临床工作中常用的材料之一,但其机械性能、抗菌性能及微渗漏情况还有待改善。蒙脱土作为二维纳米材料的主要代表之一,其纳米片层独特的晶体结构和理化特性如高强度、高模量及高比表面积使其受到口腔学者们的关注。研究发现在复合充填树脂、树脂基托、窝沟封闭剂等口腔树脂材料中添加蒙脱土可改善其综合性能,因此,本文对蒙脱土在口腔树脂材料中的应用与进展进行综述,以期发现更具临床适用性的新型纳米复合树脂材料。Dental resin materials are one of the commonly used materials in the clinical work for dentists,but their mechanical properties,antibacterial properties and micro-leakage still need to be improved.As one of the main representatives of two-dimensional nanomaterials,montmorillonite has attracted the attention of stomatologists for its unique crystal structure and physicochemical properties such as high strength,high modulus and high specific surface area.It is found that the addition of montmorillonite to dental resin materials such as composite filling resin,resin base,and pit and fissure sealant can improve their comprehensive properties.Therefore,the application and progress of montmorillonite in dental resin materials has been reviewed in this paper in order to reveal novel nanocomposite resin materials with enhanced clinical applicability.
