融媒体下高校研究生生涯管理的三全育人工作探究

摘　　要：数字化为高校研究生育人管理工作和教育治理体系搭建提供了新的载体和领地。从环境政策、学生要素、数字技术、网络就业四个维度优化传统高校研究生生涯教育模式,作为开展高校研究生育人全过程管理的规划与指导,通过抓住当下高校研究生生涯教育工作的重点,探索融媒体下高校研究生生涯教育发展规律,使技术赋能媒体,为研究生学术科研能力、思想政治品德素质及未来就业发展提供方向,构建科学有效的思政工作体系和运行机制。Digitalization provides a new carrier and territory for the management of graduate education and the construction of educational governance systems in universities.This paper optimizes the traditional graduate career education model from four dimensions:environmental policies,student factors,digital technology,and online employment.As a planning and guidance for the entire process management of graduate education in universities,it focuses on the current issues of graduate career education in universities,explores the development laws of graduate career education in universities under integrated media,empowers media with technology,and provides direction for the academic research ability,ideological and political moral quality,and future employment development of graduate students,constructing a scientific and effective ideological and political work system and operating mechanism.
