职业教育岗位实习课程思政话语体系构建的四重路向

摘　　要：在全面推进课程思政建设背景下,作为职业教育人才培养的重要必修实践课程,岗位实习也应开展课程思政建设。推进岗位实习课程思政,需要建立相应的话语体系。话语内核、话语主体、话语内容和话语环境共同构成了话语体系的四个基本维度。岗位实习课程思政话语体系的构建应当紧扣岗位实习作为实践课的特点,遵循课程思政建设的一般规律,从话语体系构成的基本维度把握好其路向选择。岗位实习课程思政话语体系构建的话语内核路向应坚持“思”“政”“德”的统一;话语主体路向应坚持“政”“校”“企”“生”的统一;话语内容路向应坚持“德”与“技”的统一;话语环境路向应坚持“显”与“隐”的统一。In the context of comprehensively promoting the construction of curriculum ideology and politics,as an important practical course for vocational education talent training,internship should also carry out the construction of curriculum ideology and politics.The discourse system can effectively promote the dissemination of discourse.To promote ideological and political education in internship courses,it is also necessary to establish a corresponding discourse system.The four basic dimensions of discourse core,discourse subject,discourse content and discourse environment constitute for the construction of the discourse system.The construction of the ideological and political discourse system for internships should closely follow the characteristics of internships as practical courses,follow the general laws of course ideological and political construction,and grasp the path selection from the basic dimensions of discourse system composition.Its discourse core orientation should adhere to the unity of“thought”“politics”and“morality”;its discourse subject orientation should adhere to the unity of“government”“school”“enterprise”and“student”;its discourse content orientation should adhere to the unity of“morality”and“skill”;its discourse environment orientation should adhere to the unity of“explicit”and“implicit”.
