职业院校产教融合工作档案管理问题探析

摘　　要：产教融合工作档案是职业教育发展战略的历史记忆,也是职业院校和区域融合发展的具体体现。档案要素多、涉及面广、内容丰富、形式多样,其信息形成需要长期积累,加之目前职业院校对产教融合工作的认识还不到位,不少院校在管理上还存在着体制机制不够完善、数据采集混乱、档案管理分散等问题,必须通过创新工作机制,规范数字技术的运用和各类数据库、数据平台建设,确保产教融合工作档案管理的高质量发展。The archives of industry-education integration are the historical memory of the development strategy of vocational education,and also the specific reflection of the integrated development of vocational colleges and regions.There are many elements in archives,involving a wide range,rich contents and various forms,and the formation of their information requires long-term accumulation.In addition,the current understanding of the industry-education integration in vocational colleges is not yet in place.Therefore,there are still some problems in archives management in many colleges such as imperfect system and mechanism,chaotic data collection and decentralized archives management.It is necessary to innovate the working mechanism,standardize the application of digital technology and the construction of various databases and data platforms to ensure the high-quality of archives management in the industry-education integration.
