摘  要:将深冷挤出式切削技术引入6061-T6铝合金的车削加工,结合有限元仿真技术探究深冷挤出式切削对6061-T6铝合金车削加工效果的影响。建立深冷挤出式切削(CT-EM)和常温挤出式切削(RT-EM)的有限元仿真模型并进行模拟仿真,对比分析不同刀具前角、压缩比对等效应变、等效应变率、等效应力、切削温度和切屑形态的影响规律。结果表明:随着刀具前角和压缩比的增大,CT-EM和RT-EM的等效应变率、最大等效应力分布区域和最高切削温度呈下降趋势;最大等效应变值和分布区域随前角的增大而减小,随压缩比的增大而增大;CT-EM的等效应变率、最大等效应变值和分布区域、等效应力分布范围都要大于RT-EM,切削温度更低,切屑形态更为平整,填充率更高,成形效果更好。Cryogenic temperature extrusion machining is introduced into the turning process of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy,combined with finite element simulation technology,the effect of cryogenic temperature extrusion machining on the turning of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy is explored.The finite element simulation models of cryogenic temperature extrusion machining(CT-EM)and room temperature extrusion cutting(RT-EM)are established and simulated to compare and analyze the effect of different tool rake angle and compression ratio on the effective strain,effective strain rate,effective stress,cutting temperature and chip morphology.The results show that with the increase of tool rake angle and compression ratio,the effective strain rate,maximum effective stress distribution area and maximum cutting temperature of CT-EM and RT-EM are decreasing.The value and distribution area of maximum effective strain decrease with the increase of rake angle and increase with the increase of compression ratio.Effective strain rate,value and distribution area of maximum effective strain and effective stress distribution area of CT-EM are larger than those of RT-EM.CT-EM has a larger effective strain rate,the value of maximum effective strain and distribution area,and the distribution range of effective stress than RT-EM,with lower cutting temperature,flatter chip morphology,higher filling rate,and better forming effect.
