“自然之声”能让游客更愉悦吗?——基于心理实验法的分析

摘  要:随着旅游业的蓬勃发展,旅游景观的内涵不断拓展,声景观逐渐成为深化游客体验、提升满意度的重要途径。基于具身认知理论与声景观视角,将心理学实验方法与传统问卷调查相结合,综合探究自然类景区中声音、游客对声音的主观评价与游客情感之间的关系,并利用社交媒体数据进行验证和补充。研究发现:有基调声且响度适中时被试的情感均值最高,其次是响度大,第三是响度小;被试感受到的声音放松度对其情感状态影响最大;有基调声且响度适中的基调声可以提升游客情感值,使其保持比较高的情感状态。With the booming development of the tourism industry,the connotation of tourism attractions has been continuously ex-panded,and soundscape has gradually become an important way to deepen tourists′experience and enhance their satisfaction.Based on the theory of embodied cognition and the perspective of soundscape,this paper combined psychological experimental method with tradi-tional questionnaire survey to comprehensively explore the relationship between sounds in natural scenic areas,tourists′subjective evalu-ation of sounds,and tourists′emotions,and utilized social media data for verification and supplementation.The results showed that the average emotional value of the subjects was the highest when there was a keynote sound and the loudness is moderate.The average emo-tional value of the subjects decreased with loud sound,and decreased further with quiet sound.The relaxation degree of the sound per-ceived by the subjects had the greatest impact on their emotional state.The keynote sound with moderate loudness ccould enhance tour-ists′emotional value and help them maintain a relatively high emotional state.
