摘　　要：我国黄芪种植面积、总产量不断上升,黄芪饮片的需求也持续增长。目前,国内黄芪饮片切片机存在加工类型单一、稳定性较差、切片厚度不均的问题,成为黄芪饮片质量提升的瓶颈。基于目前我国黄芪饮片切片机的发展现状,分类介绍了其特点和不足,总结分析了国内切片机存在的问题,并对后续的研究提出建议和展望,以期为国内黄芪饮片切片机的研发提供参考。The planting area and total output of astragalus in our country continue to rise,and the demand for astragalus decoction pieces also continues to grow.At present,the domestic Astragalus slice slicer has the problems of single processing type,poor stability and slice thickness uniformity,which become the bottleneck of improving the quality of Astragalus slice.Based on the current development status of Astragalus slice slicer in China,this paper introduces its characteristics and shortcomings,summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in domestic slicer,and puts forward suggestions and prospects for subsequent research,in order to provide references for the research and development of domestic Astragalus slice slicer.
